Delete your Just Us account

Just Us, by Spaceble.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Just Us and go to Settings.
2. Under Account and data, choose Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and choose Confirm delete.

Your account and your shared space are deleted straight away.

Delete it without the app

If you can't open the app, email hello@spaceble.co.uk from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

What is deleted

All of this is deleted straight away:

• your sign-in account, name, email address, profile picture and personal colour;
• your Google Calendar connection, your calendar list and your synced events;
• your notification settings and device tokens;
• your usage counts;
• your shared space, if you were connected to a partner, and any shared space you left in the last 30 days. Everything in it (feelings, thoughts, lists, special dates, memories and photos, from both of you) is permanently deleted. Your partner keeps their own account and can start a new shared space.

What is kept

• An anonymous record that a shared space existed: when it started and when it ended, with no names, emails or content. We use it to count how many couples keep using the app.
• Our hosting providers keep technical logs, which can include your IP address, for a short period, typically days.
• Backups made before maintenance may hold your data for up to 30 days before they are destroyed.

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to delete your account to remove data:

• Disconnect your calendar in Settings to remove your calendar data.
• Sign out to remove the notification tokens for all your devices.
• Reset your shared space (you both need to agree) to clear all shared content and keep both accounts.
• Leave your partner to close your shared space. It is deleted after 30 days.
• Delete individual list items, special dates, memories and photos in the app at any time.
